Elnaz Sarabchian

Bio

Dr. Elnaz Sarabchian holds a PhD in Educational Psychology from Hofstra University and is a serial entrepreneur with a deep commitment to equity in education. As the founder of Clinical Skills Institute, she has helped thousands of students—many from immigrant and underserved backgrounds—access affordable, flexible healthcare certification programs that lead to meaningful careers.

Elnaz is especially passionate about helping immigrant students navigate the complexities of the U.S. education system. Drawing from her own experiences, she is on a mission to simplify and improve the pathway to higher education, ensuring that all learners—regardless of background—have a chance to succeed.

Her expertise spans instructional design, adult learning, and digital education platforms. She blends this knowledge with her entrepreneurial spirit to create impactful programs that are both accessible and career-focused.

Outside of her work, Elnaz enjoys playing daf (a traditional Persian musical instrument), cooking Persian dishes, and hiking in nature. Her love for culture, education, and community continues to shape everything she builds.
